Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026. These terms are a product-ready draft and should receive final legal review before Luhvly accepts public registrations or payments.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use Luhvly. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
Authentic accounts
Users must provide substantially accurate account information and may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, operate spam networks, evade enforcement, or use Luhvly for fraud.
Respect, consent and safety
Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, attempts to circumvent blocks, and conduct that creates a credible safety risk are prohibited.
Commercial and illegal activity
Users may not use Luhvly to solicit illegal services, facilitate trafficking or exploitation, sell regulated goods, run financial scams, or use the service primarily for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
Travel and in-person meetings
Luhvly facilitates introductions but cannot guarantee identity, intentions, compatibility, travel conditions, or in-person safety. Users are responsible for their own travel and meeting decisions and should follow the Safety Center guidance.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Luhvly to host, display, process and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You must have the right to upload anything you post.
Moderation and enforcement
Luhvly may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through the web, Apple App Store, Google Play or other approved payment channels. Billing, cancellation, renewal and refund rules may vary by platform and will be disclosed at purchase.
Account deletion
Users may request permanent account deletion through the service. Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing disputes or enforcement.
Service availability
Features may change, be added, removed or temporarily unavailable as Luhvly develops. Early-access and beta features may be experimental and should not be relied upon as permanently available.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luhvly is provided on an as-available basis. Final production terms should include jurisdiction-appropriate warranty, liability, dispute and consumer-rights language reviewed by counsel.
Changes to these terms
Luhvly may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the service where appropriate.
